Our story
We love cars. And we hate seeing people get ripped off. We are experienced Car Sales Fraud and lemon law lawyers. That is why we are dedicated to helping you enforce your legal rights against car dealer ripoffs.
Our team of lawyers, paralegals and legal assistants has been helping people get rid of lemon vehicles and fighting car sales fraud for more than 40 years. A lot of car dealers know us and don’t like us, and we don’t mind. Our attorneys know the law so well that we have been regularly invited to explain and teach about these consumer protection laws to other attorneys, judges, college professors, and law students at national and local seminars and conferences across the country.

You come first. Our business is helping people just like you. We don’t represent car dealers or repair shops. We are committed to prompt, responsive and personal service. We answer our own phones – your call will never be met by a phone recording when we are here, and we don’t use an answering service located in another state or another country. We are sensitive to your economic needs. We offer you contingent, fee-shifting, or fixed fees wherever appropriate. The way our attorney fees work is explained, discussed and agreed upon before we start to work. At our law firm, we work as a team for you – and you are the most important member of our team.
We are deal makers, not deal breakers. If we can settle your dispute for you without you having to go to Court, we will. We know the vehicle manufacturers and they know us. If there is a way to settle your case without even filing a lawsuit, we will do that. We work to make solutions happen for you, so that you can get rid of your problem and get your money back.
We are trial attorneys. If your case cannot be settled, then we will go into a courtroom with you and handle your trial, presenting your case to a judge or jury so that you will have your day in court. Most lawyers do not have any courtroom experience at all, but we’ve been going to court for consumers for over 40 years.
