The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration just released documents to the public which include a powerpoint presentation with a list of 69 words and phrases you can’t use in written GM memos. It appears that memo found its way to many local car dealers.
The following is a partial list of words you will probably never see on your repair order:
- Always Life-threatening
- Critical Problem
